We are high end Casual Dining Restaurant chain in Riyadh. We are looking for ONE (1) Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician for our Company.

1) Performs the checking and diagnosing equipment, tools, and machines, and identifying any fault that need to be repaired.
2) Performs the necessary repairs and changing spare parts if needed to maintain the machines in good working condition.
3) Performs the installation of new parts, if necessary, to improve the performance of machines and equipment used in the restaurant.
4) Tests the repaired machines and other related equipment and parts to ensure the proper operation and the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
5) Performs preventive maintenance activities for the machines and equipment in coordination with the operators in the restaurant.
6) Carries out calibration for the testing instruments and equipment in the restaurant to ensure accuracy.
7) Perform marginal duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager.
