*You have to pay for Aug month rent 1200 SAR to Me plus household items
Either continue with my contract and pay 3 months advance i.e 3950 SAR to me and I will pay to aqari.
Or If you want flat under yours, so Flat rent will be 18,500 SAR under new contract. I.e (4,625 SAR for 3 months) and you will pay directly to Aqari.
Payment term will be every 3 month basis.
