Major Duties:
• Preparation of detailed Program of works using Primavera P6.
• Preparation of Look Ahead Program based on base line program and physical condition of site.
• Prepare a daily KPI report with foreman , engineer and CM separately.
• Prepare the updated cash flow & S curve based on the progress.
• Developing dashboards for project controls using Power BI.
• Reporting and coordinate with the project manager in delays and resource status according to approved program.
• Determined critical-path activities for assigned discipline.
• Develops dashboards and template for project monitoring & controls.
• Prepare and monitor project cost and progress payments.
• Progress inspections and site visits.
