Ensure civil works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and project quality standards.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications before the commencement of work.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and finishing works.
Monitor site progress against the approved project schedule and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Project Manager.
