Foreman – Telecom & Civil Works
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Foreman to join our growing team in Bahrain.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience in Copper Network and Fiber Optic installation and maintenance.
• previous background in Civil Works, including trenching, ducting, reinstatement, and related site activities.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and ensure work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients as required.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
