We are seeking an experienced Precast Cost Control Engineer to join our precast concrete manufacturing and project team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates for precast concrete works.
• Control production costs for precast concrete products
• Monitor production costs for precast concrete (materials, labor, equipment, molds, and transportation).
• Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, and Finance teams.
• Track subcontractor and supplier costs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost control reports.
• Assist in tender pricing, BOQ reviews, and project profitability analysis.
• Support tender pricing, BOQs, and project cash flow.
• Monitor factory productivity and material wastage.
• Ensure project costs remain within the approved budget.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in precast concrete or construction cost control.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, budgeting, and project cost reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6; SAP or Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
