Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and finishing works.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals before construction.
Plan and monitor manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve project milestones and maintain construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
Inspect completed work and coordinate consultant inspections for timely approvals.
Resolve technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions to minimize delays.
