Inspect excavation, backfilling, earthworks, compaction, reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, masonry, plastering, paving, asphalt, and finishing works.
Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Inspection (RFIs), and inspection reports for consultant/client approval.
Verify that all construction materials comply with approved material submittals, technical specifications, and project requirements before installation.
Witness field and laboratory tests, including soil compaction (FDT), concrete slump tests, concrete compressive strength tests, asphalt density tests, and other required quality tests.
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and testing laboratories to ensure timely approvals.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) before construction activities commence.
Identify quality non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions until successful closure.
