Coordinate daily construction activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications before the commencement of construction activities.
Plan and monitor excavation, backfilling, soil compaction, grading, utility installation, reinforced concrete works, and pavement construction in accordance with approved specifications.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), project specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure construction activities meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Verify work quantities, material deliveries, subcontractor progress, and equipment utilization to support project planning and cost control.
Identify technical issues on site and implement practical engineering solutions to minimize delays and improve productivity.
Supervise testing activities, including soil compaction, concrete testing, asphalt testing, and utility pressure testing, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve engineering and construction issues.
Maintain project documentation, including site diaries, inspection records, as-built drawings, material records, and progress reports.
