- Must have Senior Level Skills and Expertise.
- Can be able to manage and supervise of at least 10 QS.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional certification in quantity surveying is an advantage.
- Membership with RICS, AIQS, or an equivalent professional body is preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of quantity surveying experience as senior level.
- At least 5 years in housing, villa, or residential construction projects.
- Experience in large-scale residential compounds or villa developments is highly preferred.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
Salary Range: SAR 15,000 - 18,000 (including Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
