Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Saudi Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on civil site supervision in Saudi Arabia.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
Nationality: Indian (Kerala or similar talent).
Licensing: Valid Saudi Driving License (must be able to travel and drive between sites independently).
Language Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Core Responsibilities & Required Skills:
1. Autonomous Site Management & Mobility
Independently manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites without requiring external guidance or supervision.
Drive and commute between project sites daily to maintain continuous oversight.
2. Team Development & Crew Management
Recruit, train, and develop skilled site crews and labor personnel.
Promote strong safety culture, teamwork, and high performance on site.
3. Schedule & Time Management
Enforce strict adherence to project timelines and milestones to guarantee on-time scheduled delivery.
Identify and resolve site bottlenecks proactively to prevent delay.
4. Technical & Structural Engineering Expertise
Read, interpret, and execute structural and architectural drawings accurately.
Ensure strict compliance with engineering specifications, Saudi Building Codes, and local quality standards.
5. Cost Optimization & Quality Control
Implement cost-reduction strategies and minimize material waste without compromising safety or structural integrity. Build and maintain high-standard Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) practices on site.
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Presentation
Deliver clear, professional progress presentations and status reports to management and clients. Interface smoothly with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on site.
