Job Title: Facilities Management Professionals (Multiple Positions – Fire & Safety, HSE, Engineering, Project Management)

Zahran FM is expanding its team in Saudi Arabia and is looking for experienced professionals across several disciplines to join us in delivering high-quality facilities management services. We currently have openings in the following roles:
1. Fire & Safety Chief
Minimum 3 years of experience in security services for facilities and establishments
Practical experience in protecting and securing sites and vital facilities
Knowledge of safety procedures and access control systems
Good observation, quick response, and emergency handling skills
Commitment to safety policies, procedures, and confidentiality
Ability to work in shifts and handle work pressure
2. HSE Supervisor
Bachelor's degree or diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environment
Practical experience implementing HSE systems and procedures on projects/sites
Good knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory requirements in KSA
Strong communication, reporting, training, and compliance skills
Ability to lead HSE teams and manage risks and emergencies
3. Telecom & Electronics Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting for telecom and electronics systems
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising telecom and electronic projects
At least 2 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience in design, review, and implementation of telecom, networks, ELV, and control systems
4. Electrical Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of consulting experience
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising electrical projects
At least 2 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience in design, review, and implementation of electrical systems
Good knowledge of international and local electrical standards and SBC
Strong coordination and reporting skills, and ability to manage stakeholders
5. Mechanical Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience
Minimum 5 years supervising mechanical projects
At least 2 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and mechanical systems
Good knowledge of technical standards, safety, and SBC
Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
6. Operations Controller
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations or coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems
Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Good communication skills and teamwork
Ability to analyze data and monitor performance indicators
7. Civil Engineer
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
Minimum 10 years supervising and managing projects
At least 3 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Good knowledge of Saudi building systems, SBC, safety and quality procedures
Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
8. Assistant Project Manager (Civil Engineer)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years of consulting experience
Minimum 5 years supervising projects
Assist the Project Manager in managing and following up project activities
Strong coordination, reporting, document control, and technical review skills
9. Project Manager (Maintenance & Operations)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
Minimum 10 years of experience supervising projects
At least 3 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Strong experience in maintenance, operations, and facility management
Leadership, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team management skills
Good knowledge of Arabic and English
