## Job Summary
Arkan Group is seeking a proactive and experienced **IT Incharge** to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, firewall management, system maintenance, and IT security while ensuring the smooth operation of all IT services across the organization.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
* Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
* Install, configure, and maintain network firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Palo Alto, or equivalent).
* Monitor network performance and implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
* Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
* Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
* Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and software updates.
* Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
* Prepare IT documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
* Strong knowledge of network firewalls and network security.
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
* Good understanding of switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT troubleshooting.
* Professional certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Sophos, Microsoft, or equivalent are an advantage.
