Position: Driver Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee and manage daily delivery operations to ensure smooth execution.
✅ Monitor delivery performance and drive on-time delivery metrics.
✅ Coordinate and supervise pickup operations to meet service commitments.
✅ Lead, guide, and support drivers while ensuring high performance and discipline.
✅ Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and company assets.
✅ Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and escalate operational issues when required.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Job Qualifications
✔ High school diploma; candidates with relevant operational experience will also be considered.
✔ Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting is an advantage.
