key responsibilities
* visit branches and retail outlets where the company’s products are available according to an organized visit plan.
* prepare and organize daily and weekly visit plans and routes to ensure efficient branch coverage.
* arrange products on shelves and ensure they are displayed properly and placed in the correct section.
* check product availability at each branch and identify missing products or stock shortages.
* follow up on branch requirements and coordinate the replenishment of required products.
* follow up on the preparation and delivery of company orders to retail outlets and ensure they arrive on time.
* collect products from the farm or warehouse and transport and distribute them to riyadh or designated retail outlets according to the work plan.
* deliver selected orders to key customers.
* ensure that all received and delivered products and quantities match the relevant invoices and delivery documents.
* accurately document all receiving and delivery transactions.
* prepare all required reports professionally and accurately.
* adhere to schedules and carry out delivery, receiving, and handover processes accurately.
* ensure products are handled and protected properly during loading, transportation, and delivery.
* maintain professional relationships with branch representatives and customers and report relevant feedback to management.
requirements
* previous experience in distribution, merchandising, or product display within retail outlets.
* ability to prepare and organize daily and weekly visit plans and routes.
* strong commitment to schedules and accuracy in delivery, receiving, and handover processes.
* ability to prepare professional and accurate reports.
* valid driving licence.
* must be based in riyadh.
* good knowledge of riyadh, including its roads and districts.
* good communication and organizational skills.
* ability to take responsibility for fieldwork.
