A private room is available in a fully furnished 2BHK flat in Madinat Al Umal, Al Khobar. I am currently staying alone and looking for one male roommate.

• Separate private bedroom
• King-size bed and cupboard provided
• A/C, washing machine and refrigerator available
• Fully equipped kitchen with necessary kitchen items
• Kitchen, hall and bathroom will be shared
• Separate toilet available
Rent: SAR 1,000 per month
Advance Rent: SAR 3,000 (3 months)
Three months' rent should be paid in advance. If the roommate vacates before completing the three-month period, the remaining unused rent amount will be refunded.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, water and gas cylinder expenses are included in the rent and will be paid by me.
Any repair or maintenance of the provided household appliances/utilities will also be taken care of by me.

Gym, Panda Hypermarket, restaurants, supermarkets and other daily necessities are nearby.
Preference: Looking for a South Indian male roommate. Tamil preferred.
