I have solid experience across Civil, Architectural, Structural, Soil Improvement, Earth Works, Road Works, Piling, Underground Utilities, and Plumbing Systems, with strong capability in Quality Control and Site Supervision in compliance with project specifications and standards.
My QA/QC strengths include:
ITP preparation, review, and implementation, along with Quality Procedure, Method Statements and checklists.
RCA & CAPA for NCRs, recurring issues, and process deviations.
QA/QC documentation including MIRs, RFIs, NCR logs, material traceability, calibration records, and quality reports.
Inspection coordination with consultants/client and ensuring subcontractor compliance.
Maintaining quality records for audits and final handover.
I am available immediately, my Iqama is transferable, and I am open to freelance/project‑based work as required.
