SENIOR QA/QC LOW CURRENT ENGINEER SEPTEMBER 2019 – TILL DATE

Employer: BT APPLIED TECHNOLOGY (BTAT)

Primary Responsibility
Review scope of works and implementation Electrical activities at site. Conducting inspection and Implementation of Quality check list and raising inspection site data. Making follow up and closure of NCR at site installation. Prepare and review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for different project QC. Regular site inspection to eliminate Non-conformance Responsible in compiling of QA/QC reports.

 Prepare Material Inspection Request, WIR & RFT & conduct the inspection with consultant.
 Coordination with SBG/ Consultant & Zone Manager for weekly Inspection schedule.
 Prepare One Week Site Look Ahead Schedule with coordination to site PM and Planning Dept. Monitor & maintain quality records & documentation like Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Inspection Report & Report & another Deliverable as per QMS.
 Coordination with Technical Team for Contractor Query, Field of View for cameras, Cause & Effect Matrix for Fire Alarm System, Procurement for Purchase order, shipment tracking.
 Responsible to review Quality inspection reports and Field test report and submission to client for final approval as part of project handing over stage. Prepare monthly and weekly project Electrical status reports for client submission through senior management.
 Testing & Commissioning:
1. ATP-2; Fluke test of Structured Cabling System (Enterprise/BMS/CCTV/NTV), UTP Cat 6/ Cat 7 cables. ATP – 3; Field of view of CCTV. ATP-2; FLUKE OTDR Test of Fiber Optic cables. ATP-2 & 3; Standalone Performance Test for Access Control System for Security Rack with related Field Devices Testing.
2. ATP-2; GSM Standalone Performance Test for GSM Cable & GSM Antennas only, Connected to Remote Units. ATP -2; Standalone Performance Test of FACP with all related FAS Equipment.
3. ATP -3 & 4; Integration of FAS with MEP.
4. Performance Test of Public Address System (Rack Equipment, Speakers & Noise Sensors).

PROJECT:
 Successfully handed over CMA/PIF Tower (High Rise Building a/ Skyscraper) to client King Abdullah Financial District.

LOW CURRENT ENGINEER MAY 2012 – SEPTEMBER 2016

Employer: Thabat Construction Co. (formerly known as Al Muhaidib Contracting), Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibility
 Conducting inspection and Implementation of Quality check list and raising inspection site data. Making follow up and closure of NCR at site installation. Prepare and review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for different project QC. Regular site inspection to eliminate Non-conformance Responsible in compiling of QA/QC reports. Inspection of materials received from suppliers, and verifying the things going at site according to standard procedure, and then develop inspection reports for the activity to analyze variance in the activity process and to control Non-conformance.
 Prepare Two Weeks site Look Ahead Schedule with coordination to site PM and Planning Dept. & QC Manager. Monitor & maintain quality records & documentation like Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Inspection Report & Report & another Deliverable as per QMS.

SITE ENGINEER JANUARY’ 2010 TO DECEMBER’ 2011

Employer: Saudi Electronic Trading Co. (SETRA), Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibility
 Reporting to Project Manager on all non-conformance being observes where quality is affected. Monitoring Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Low Current Systems like Fire Alarm System (SIMPLEX), CCTV(PELCO), Access Control System (VIRDI), Public Address, Sound System (PASO), Master Clock (SIMPLEX/MOBATIME), Leak detection system, Fire Suppression (FM200). Monitoring installation of all electrical DB, indoor type IP 55/IP33/IP15, outdoor type, Weather proof panel boards, Safety Disconnect switches, Branch circuit breaker SP/DP/TP, molded case circuit breaker, Bolt on type/ Plug in type indoor type, Cable termination as per RYB Combination in the Main Breaker/ circuit breaker & Fire Suppression. Termination, Testing and Commissioning of all above specified electrical DB & Fire Fighting (FM200) systems. Carry out inspection at all stages like Pre-Stage, In-process and final joint Inspection with the consultant. Monitoring installation of all Electrical system. Comprehensive knowledge of Contract Drawings, Specifications, Schedules and Budgets.



 Monitoring contractors, quality systems, records and quality personnel for compliance with Project and SV requirements. Precise co-ordination with all trades, startup job and pre-commissioning activities. Making necessary changes in the drawings and reviewing as built drawings as per the site conditions. Ordering the installation material required for fixing the system. Offer feasible solutions to reduce time usage and quality outputs. Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequences the stages of the project. Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project. Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specification. Presents cost estimates and performance standards.
 Complete commissioning of the systems as per the manufactures test procedures and preparation of the commissioning statements.
