Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, backfilling, compaction, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, masonry/blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screed, tiling, and finishing works.
Review and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, architects, surveyors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment, material availability, productivity, and project progress against the approved schedule.
Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Coordinate inspections and testing activities, including concrete slump tests, cube tests, soil compaction tests, and other required field/laboratory tests.
Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants and project management for appropriate solutions and RFIs/TQs where required.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper execution, workmanship, and timely completion of assigned activities.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, inspection records, site reports, quantity measurements, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team for WIR/MIR, ITP requirements, NCR closure, punch-list activities, and final handover documentation.
Verify setting-out, levels, dimensions, alignment, and elevations in coordination with the surveying team.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are available as per approved submittals and project requirements.
Support project planning, quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, and progress measurement.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), applicable ACI/ASTM/BS/EN standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Assist in final inspections, snagging/punch-list clearance, as-built documentation, and project handover.
