Position: Production Technologist
Industry: Food & Beverage / Bottled Drinking Water Production
Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,500 + Food and Accommodation
Nationality: Indian Nationals only
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the bottled drinking water production process.
Ensure production complies with food safety and quality standards.
Monitor water treatment, filtration, bottling, and packaging operations.
Conduct quality control inspections of raw materials, treated water, and finished products.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and all applicable food safety regulations.
Coordinate with the quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or bottled drinking water manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality management systems, and production processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
