Experience & Responsibilities
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations management.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Manage the overall operations of manpower supply projects across multiple client locations.
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and discipline.
Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operational support.
Ensure timely submission of timesheets and coordinate with clients for approvals.
Monitor project performance, manpower utilization, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and client requirements.
