We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a well-established Turkish restaurant in Riyadh.
Requirements:
* Turkish or Lebanese nationality preferred only
* Fluent in both Arabic and English
* Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Attractive personality with a professional appearance
* Well-spoken, confident, and capable of handling guests and staff effectively
* Proven experience in driving sales, maintaining service standards, and managing daily restaurant operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
* Manage and motivate staff to achieve high performance
* Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
* Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and profitability
* Maintain quality, hygiene, and operational standards
* Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase business
