* Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, Saudi Aramco standards, and international codes.
* Lead the execution of MV/LV electrical works, including cable tray installation, conduit works, duct banks, cable pulling, cable dressing, cable termination, grounding systems, lighting systems, and electrical equipment installation.
* Coordinate daily construction activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.
* Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Monitor construction progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical installations comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and construction crews to maintain productivity, workmanship, and safety performance.
* Coordinate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and commissioning teams to resolve construction interfaces and site-related issues.
* Ensure proper installation of substations, transformers, switchgear, lighting poles, distribution boards, cable trays, electrical panels, and associated electrical infrastructure.
* Review material deliveries, verify installation quality, and ensure compliance with approved material specifications.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients and consultants to resolve construction issues and maintain project progress.
* Prepare work plans, manpower allocation, resource planning, and construction schedules to achieve project milestones.
* Ensure all inspection and quality documentation is properly maintained and submitted in accordance with project procedures.
* Identify construction challenges, provide practical site solutions, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
* Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and safe work practices.
