We are looking for an experienced Delivery Platforms Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels across all major food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant or café industry, with hands-on experience managing delivery platform operations for multiple branches.
This role is responsible for maximizing online sales, improving customer experience, managing platform relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the company's accounts across all food delivery platforms.
Maintain accurate menus, product listings, pricing, availability, and branch information.
Create, manage, and optimize promotional campaigns and special offers.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Coordinate with delivery platform account managers regarding campaigns, contracts, commissions, and operational issues.
Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional opportunities with delivery platforms.
Review commissions, invoices, and payment reports to ensure accuracy.
Monitor customer ratings, order cancellations, and service performance.
Analyze platform performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Branch Managers to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure all online channels remain updated and aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant or café industry.
Proven experience managing delivery platforms for multiple restaurant or café branches.
Strong knowledge of major delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, ToYou, Keeta, and similar platforms.
Experience managing pricing, menus, promotions, commissions, and contracts.
Experience using POS systems and e-commerce platforms (Salla experience is an advantage).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.

Experience working with multi-branch restaurant or café chains.
Strong understanding of online food delivery operations and digital sales.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
