Mechanical Draftsman – Job Description
Position: Mechanical Draftsman
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Revise drawings based on consultant, client, and engineering comments.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control procedures.
• Assist in preparing technical submittals and material coordination drawings.
• Provide drafting support during construction and update drawings as site conditions require.
• Perform other drafting-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Mechanical Engineer.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software (Revit MEP is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in MEP/building construction projects.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.
Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
