Responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of store facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, generators, pumps, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Ensures preventive maintenance is carried out, minimizes equipment downtime, coordinates with contractors, and maintains a safe and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC, generators, pumps, electrical, plumbing, and store equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service contractors.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain maintenance records and monitor costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Lead and support maintenance technicians.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in retail, facilities, or commercial buildings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, generators, pumps, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
