* Lead and manage the preschool team to deliver an outstanding early childhood education program.
* Develop and implement a child-centered curriculum aligned with relevant educational standards.
* Support, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to promote continuous professional growth.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding requirements.
* Oversee daily operations, planning, and administration of the preschool.
# Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, including leadership or management experience.
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
