✅ Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in subcontract administration and management.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, subcontract agreements, procurement, and contract administration.
Experience evaluating subcontractor quotations, preparing contract documents, and managing subcontractor performance.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.
2. Commercial Engineer (MEP / Architectural)
✅ Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of commercial experience in major construction projects.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Experience in cost control, quantity take-off, variations, claims, BOQ review, budgeting, and contract administration.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and commercial management practices.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.
⭐ General Requirements
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Experience working with international contractors is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
🚫 Applicants without relevant High-Rise and 5-Star Hotel project experience will not be shortlisted.
