A well-established contracting company specializing in the fit-out and finishing of cafés, restaurants, offices, and salons is looking for an experienced professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Open Position:
Fit-Out Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise fit-out and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site productivity
• Ensure that all works are completed according to the approved schedule and required quality standards
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintain safety standards and organized work areas
• Support inspections, snagging, and final project handover
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Fit-Out Foreman
• Proven experience in cafés, restaurants, offices, and salons
• Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, coordination, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates without relevant fit-out experience will not be considered
• Must be available to work in Riyadh
