Duties performing currently (Accounting & Finance Manager):
▪️ Own full-cycle financial accounting, reporting, and closing for 2 business units, delivering IFRS-compliant monthly and annual financial statements.
▪️ Built AP/AR reconciliation processes and a structured costing methodology from scratch, cutting the monthly close cycle by 50% (8 days to 4) and reducing forecast variance by 12%.
▪️ Supervise payroll processing and treasury functions, including cash flow, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
▪️ Ensure full compliance with VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax regulations, including all statutory filings.
▪️ Establish and monitor internal controls and accounting policies across all finance-related processes.
▪️ Manage the Saudi Aramco Supplier Portal and SAP Ariba end-to-end, including PO creation, invoice submission, and payment tracking.
▪️ Oversee full-cycle fixed asset accounting and manage complex intercompany reconciliations.
▪️ Coordinate directly with external auditors during annual financial and tax audits.
▪️ Lead, coach, and manage a 4-member finance team.
