Key Responsibilities
❄️ Chiller Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Fault Diagnosis: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on standard air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Routine Servicing: Perform regular preventative maintenance, including oil filter changes, condenser coil cleaning, and log sheet updates.
• Repairs: Assist with component replacements, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant gas charging.
• Safety Checks: Inspect and test flow switches, pressure transducers, and control panels to ensure smooth operations.
🌀 AHU & Fan Coil Unit Service
• Air Handling Units (AHUs): Service commercial AHUs, replace V-belts, check pulleys, align motors, and lubricate bearings.
• Coil & Filter Care: Perform chemical cleaning of chilled water coils and manage regular air filter replacements.
• Valves & Actuators: Check and troubleshoot modulating 2-way or 3-way valves, actuators, and water strainers.

Key Requirements
• Required Experience: Solid, hands-on experience in the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers and AHU systems.
• Bahrain Experience: Hands-on experience working on commercial HVAC equipment within Bahrain is a requirement.
• Practical Skills: Ability to read basic electrical diagrams, use manifold gauges, and diagnose common system error codes.
• Work Ethic: Dependable and efficient when executing daily service schedules across commercial properties.
