We are looking for an experienced **Carpentry Team Leader** to join an **event fabrication / production workshop**.
**Key Requirements:**
• 5+ years’ experience in carpentry, joinery, scenic construction, exhibition fabrication, shopfitting or similar
• Proven experience **leading/supervising a team of carpenters**
• Strong hands-on experience with **MDF, plywood, laminates, woodworking & fabrication**
• Ability to read **technical/CAD drawings**
• Experience with workshop tools, CNC/routers is an advantage
• Experience in **installation, dismantling and site work** preferred
• Able to manage quality, safety and production deadlines
• Available to work in a fast-paced event environment
**Priority will be given to candidates from event fabrication, exhibition, scenic construction, shopfitting, joinery and interior fit-out backgrounds.**
