Maintenance Manager- Restaurant Sector

Maintenance Management professional with more than 20 years of experience across Saudi Arabia’s retail, manufacturing, and quick-service restaurant sectors. Throughout my career, I have led maintenance, facilities, construction, and equipment operations across large nationwide networks, including responsibility for more than 300 retail branches, multiple production factories, and portfolios of up to 400 locations.

My experience covers preventive and corrective maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, cold rooms, kitchen and production equipment, fire and life-safety systems, asset management, contractor supervision, budgeting, renovations, and new-site construction. I have a strong record of improving reliability and controlling costs, including reducing annual maintenance expenditure from SAR 18 million to SAR 15 million and achieving a 44% reduction in equipment repair costs through better preventive maintenance, supplier management, and lifecycle planning.

I am also experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, coordinators, contractors, and service providers. I am currently exploring opportunities as a Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, or Head of Maintenance, where I can use my technical knowledge, leadership experience, and commercial approach to improve safety, asset performance, operational continuity, and cost efficiency.
