China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our project team. We are looking for a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in managing risks on large-scale high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel construction projects.
👍Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Risk Management Plan.
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and maintain the project risk register.
Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, planning, commercial, and construction teams to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Analyze schedule, cost, contractual, technical, operational, and safety risks.
Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation measures and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate risk workshops and ensure timely updates of project risks.
Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and international risk management practices.
Support project planning and decision-making by providing proactive risk analysis.
👍Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction projects.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building construction projects.
Proven experience in 4/5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of project risk management methodologies and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

❌ 4/5-star hotel project experience.
❌ Minimum 15+ years of experience.
