Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead and manage all project control functions for a prestigious Saudi Aramco Safaniya ISF Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, risk management, forecasting, and overall project performance monitoring to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Project Controls team and oversee all planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting activities.
Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved baseline schedules.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for project management and Saudi Aramco.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM), KPI monitoring, productivity analysis, and performance reporting.
Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost control, and financial reporting.
Conduct schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, and Commercial teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Prepare and review Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Project Management procedures and reporting requirements.
Participate in project review meetings with Saudi Aramco PMT and management.
Supervise and mentor Planning Engineers, Cost Engineers, and Project Controls personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 12 years of experience in Project Controls within Building and Infrastructure Construction projects.
Extensive experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
Experience working on Royal Commission projects (Jubail, Yanbu, Ras Al Khair, etc.).
Saudi Aramco PMT Approved (Mandatory).
Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
