Manage earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction, concrete, foundations, and structural works.
Supervise roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, underground utilities, and site development works.
Review drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction details before execution.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, surveyors, QA/QC, and MEP teams.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate WIR/IR inspections, material inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
Verify quantities, measurements, and completed works for progress and payment purposes.
Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
