We are seeking experienced, motivated, and dedicated professionals with proven Middle East experience to join our growing organization.
Open Positions
1. Project Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
Proven track record in the execution of luxury villas, royal palaces, VIP residences, or high-end hospitality projects.
Minimum 10 years of Middle East/GCC experience.
Strong leadership, planning, contract administration, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
2. Architectural Draftsman
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Extensive experience in high-end palace projects in the Middle East.
Proficient in AutoCAD and coordination drawings.
Knowledge of architectural detailing, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
3. Mechanical Draftsman
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience in luxury palace and villa MEP services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and coordination drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP drafting standards.
4. Electrical Draftsman
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience in high-end palace electrical systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD with experience preparing lighting, power, low-current, and shop drawings.
Strong coordination skills with other disciplines.
Mandatory Requirements for All Positions
Proven Middle East/GCC experience is mandatory.
Experience on high-end palace or luxury residential projects is essential.
Must possess a transferable Iqama and be available for immediate joining.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
