We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Piping Supervisor with strong refinery construction experience to support a major brownfield refinery project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise piping fabrication, installation, testing, and mechanical completion activities.
Coordinate welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, and leak testing.
Supervise piping tie-ins and shutdown activities in a live refinery environment.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASME standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate daily activities with QA/QC, Engineering, Planning, and HSE teams.
Monitor subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and support construction planning.
Mandatory Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of refinery piping construction experience.
Proven Saudi Aramco refinery project experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX.
Hands-on experience in:
Brownfield refinery piping installation
Tie-ins and shutdown activities
Welding supervision
NDT coordination (RT, UT, MT, PT)
Hydrotesting and pressure testing
Mechanical completion
Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) and refinery HSE requirements.
Good English communication skills.
Available to join by 23 August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous SASREF refinery experience.
Previous SABIC refinery experience.
Experience on live operating refinery facilities.
Experience with flange management, bolt torquing, and leak prevention.
Hot Work / PTW Certification.
6G Welding background (preferred but not mandatory).
