A leading Riyadh-based contracting company is looking to hire an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead the execution of a major wastewater network project in Taif, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects who can successfully manage project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of overall construction and project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the execution of water and wastewater network projects.
- Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Strong experience in managing work orders and supervising site execution teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Previous approval or acceptance by the National Water Company (NWC) will be a significant advantage.
- Previous experience on NWC projects is highly preferred.
- PMP Certification is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work full-time at the project site in Taif, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all project activities from initiation through project completion.
- Ensure project delivery within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage project risks, work orders, variations, and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and Saudi regulations.
- Lead site teams and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
