Conduct WIR/IR inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
Check concrete, reinforcement, formwork, excavation, backfilling, compaction, blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs before inspections.
Perform material inspections and verify materials against approved submittals and specifications.
Monitor workmanship, dimensions, alignment, levels, tolerances, and quality standards.
Identify non-conforming work and prepare/follow up NCRs and corrective actions.
Conduct snagging, de-snagging, punch-list inspections, and final handover inspections.
Maintain inspection records, checklists, test reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved standards, HSE requirements, and Saudi Building Code (SBC).
Monitor testing activities and verify results before work acceptance.
Support continuous improvement and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of project activities.
