One of our prestigious management consulting clients is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager.
Requirements:
* Saudi Nationals only
* Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role
* Previous experience with a Big 4 or leading management consulting firm is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and Saudi Labor Law
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
