Education • Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Technical competencies required:
• Strong proficiency of HVAC, plumbing, electrical & water systems.
• Strong knowledge of generators, fire alarm & fire protection system.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency systems and statutory compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance.
• Procurement, Inventory control and management skills.
Previous experiences required:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, building
maintenance, or a related technical leadership role.
• Proven experience managing preventive maintenance programs, engineering teams, and
building systems.
Language required • English: Spoken & Written.
