Requirements:
● Experience in airline ticketing and tour packages is preferred.
● Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
● Good communication and customer service skills.
● Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
● Book domestic and international flight tickets.
● Prepare holiday and tour packages.
● Assist customers with travel inquiries and reservations.
● Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
● Provide excellent customer service.
