A growing supermarket chain in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, is hiring qualified candidates for the position of:
Supermarket Branch Manager
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia within the supermarket or hypermarket sector.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Supermarket Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Supermarket Supervisor.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or branch-management experience in a supermarket or hypermarket in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
• Arabic speaking ability is mandatory.
• Strong experience in staff management, sales operations, inventory availability, customer service, merchandising, promotions, cleanliness, target achievement, and shrinkage control.
• The candidate must be currently available in Saudi Arabia and eligible for sponsorship transfer.
Salary Package:
SAR 3,500 to SAR 5,000 per month, depending on experience, competency, and performance.

• Sponsorship transfer will be processed only after successfully completing a three-month probation period and receiving a satisfactory performance evaluation.
