JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
ï‚· Operate bridge cutting machines to cut marble, granite, and stone materials according to
production drawings and specifications.
ï‚· Interpret technical drawings, measurements, and cutting layouts to ensure accurate and
high-quality output.
ï‚· Set up machine parameters including blade selection, cutting speed, depth, and alignment
based on material type and thickness.
ï‚· Perform precision cutting, edge trimming, and shaping while minimizing material
wastage.
ï‚· Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments to
maintain quality standards.
ï‚· Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of heavy stone slabs using lifting
equipments.
ï‚· Follow workplace safety procedures, including use of PPE and adherence to HSE
guidelines.
ï‚· Coordinate with supervisors, production teams, and quality control to meet daily
production targets and delivery schedules.
ï‚· Identify defects or irregularities in materials and report issues to the concerned
department.
ï‚· Keep records of production output, machine usage, and maintenance activities.
