Position: Fitness Equipment Technician
Location: Albania
Salary: EUR 700–750 (Net)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day adn 6 days per week

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fitness equipment maintenance or repair.
Technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Maintenance fields is preferred.
Experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical repair, automotive repair, appliance repair, or similar technical trades is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect fitness equipment for safety, performance, and operational issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and strength-training equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic faults.
Repair or replace defective components, including belts, cables, bearings, motors, sensors, and electronic consoles.
Install and assemble new fitness equipment.
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and safety.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
Advise gym management on equipment condition and replacement requirements.
Required Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good time management and organizational abilities.
