Food Store Keeper

I am an experienced Store Keeper with 2 year of experience in hotel and restaurant store operations. I have knowledge of receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other operational materials. I am familiar with inventory control, stock counting, FIFO/FEFO, expiry date monitoring, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate store records. I have basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
