Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor blockwork, plastering, gypsum board, ceiling, tiling, painting, flooring, doors, and waterproofing works.
Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, finishing quality, and workmanship.
Coordinate with QA/QC, MEP, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct inspections and raise WIR/IR for completed activities.
Ensure materials are installed according to approved samples and project specifications.
Identify defects, manage snagging/de-snagging, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Monitor daily progress and coordinate activities according to the approved project schedule.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and full PPE at the work site.
Prepare daily reports, progress updates, inspection records, and required documentation.
Support testing, final inspection, handover, and close-out documentation.
