Manage roads, earthworks, drainage, stormwater, sewerage, water supply, and utility networks.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor excavation, backfilling, grading, compaction, and trenching works.
Supervise installation of RCC/HDPE/PVC pipes, manholes, chambers, culverts, and utility services.
Coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC, and MEP teams.
Conduct inspections and prepare WIR/IR, checklists, and quality documentation.
Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and approved standards.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedule.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain quality and progress.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and full PPE at site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
