QA/QC Mechanical , QC Inspector Looking For Job

Mechanical QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in quality control, inspection, and compliance for large-scale energy and infrastructure mega-projects. Currently managing quality execution for major ACWA Power initiatives, including the 600 MW Al-Ghat Wind IPP and the 1 GW Shaqra Onshore Wind IPP.

Skilled in enforcing technical specifications, international standards, and project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across underground utilities (water & sewage networks), HVAC systems, and heavy fire protection networks. Hands-on expertise in supervising, inspecting, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning for HDPE pipelines, GRP tanks, pumps, and fire suppression systems (FM-200, sprinklers, and fire alarms). Proven leader in site quality audits, material receiving inspections, subcontractor control, and non-conformance management (NCRs) to ensure strict adherence to safety, legal, and client specifications.

Key QA/QC Core Competencies
Quality Control & Compliance: Developing and enforcing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and Method Statements in alignment with international standards (NFPA, ASME, API, ISO 9001).

Testing & Commissioning Witness: Supervising hydro/pneumatic pressure testing of pipelines (HDPE, GRP, Carbon Steel), valve testing, GRP water tank integrity, pump performance, and FM-200 / Sprinkler loop sign-offs.

Material & Receiving Inspection: Conducting Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) for underground utilities, pumps, HVAC ducting, and firefighting equipment.

Defect & Audit Management: Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and punch-list clearances toward final handover.

Site Supervision & Documentation: Coordinating site inspections with client/consultant representatives, managing Work Permits (PTW), and compiling Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC) and handover dossiers.
